Location
You will stay in an apartment located in the Nouvelle Ville district of Metz, in a quiet street near the Sablon district. You will enjoy the proximity of the shopping area of Montigny which is only at a five-minute walk from the apartment. L'Avenue 23 is also a few minutes' walk from a supermarket (Auchan), very convenient for last-minute shopping. The Jardin Botanique of Metz is only a ten-minute walk from the apartment, perfect to relax through a walk, or refreshing yourself at the Buvette Botanique.
Ideally located about fifteen minutes’ walk from Metz Train Station, you can also reach the historic centre of the city of Metz and its shops using public transport. Several bus and tram lines pass nearby.
You can easily park your car nearby: you will find free parking spots right at the bottom of the building.
Your Apartment
The accommodation is completely private during your reservation; its warm and colorful decoration will make you feel like you are in a cocoon. You will enjoy an apartment in a quiet street and particularly bright thanks to its large windows and bay window.
L'Avenue 23 will allow you to enjoy a work area with a perfect Internet connection, ideal for teleworking while admiring the view of the city before you.
The flat is on the 4th floor (no lift).

Beds are made on arrival. For your comfort, Rock in Share provides hotel quality linen.
The first physical entry into the premises is from 4 pm and the departure must be done at 11 am maximum on the day of your departure.
Arrival is on your own. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive by e-mail our house guide which will give you access (once your pre-registration is done), to all the information to access the flat very easily: how to get there, the code of the key box ...
