Location
You will be staying in a flat located in the Nouvelle-Ville district of Metz, about 7 minutes walk from the city centre. The flat is only a few minutes' walk from the city's main activities: you will be staying just 3 minutes from the Muse shopping centre (voted Europe's most beautiful shopping centre in 2019) and the Pompidou Centre. Access to the flat will be greatly facilitated by its proximity to the Metz train station, which is only 3 minutes away.
Its ideal location will allow you to move around the city of Metz easily, using the city's transport system (train, bus, mettis, bicycle, etc.).
You will also benefit from a reserved underground parking space. This small parking place is only suitable for 3-door cars. Five-door cars can park in secure car parks near the accommodation.
Your flat
The accommodation is completely private during your reservation. It consists of a large room with double bed and television, and a smaller room (not closed by door as a sleep corner) with sofa bed and access to the terrace, and a second sofa bed in the living room. The shower is Italian style and the toilets are separate. The living room is bright and fully furnished with quality materials, including a sofa bed and a large television for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob) is open to the living room. The large dressing room and the equipment allow for long stays. You will enjoy a flat with a neat and warm decoration that will make you feel at home. As the flat is located on the ground floor, you can also relax on its small terrace.

The first physical entry into the premises is from 4 pm and the departure must be done at 11 am maximum on the day of your departure.
Arrival is on your own. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive by e-mail our house guide which will give you access (once your pre-registration is done), to all the information to access the flat very easily: how to get there, the code of the key box ...
