How to book a stay ?
Our accommodation is available on several platforms: Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, but you will find the best price by booking directly on our website in the "Book your accommodation" section.
When will I receive information on access to housing ?
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your online registration. Once you have done this, you will have access to our house guide where you will find a lot of useful information for your stay: the procedure to access the accommodation, the wifi code, the functioning of the equipment and the heating system, and much more!
How to access housing ?
To ensure that you can access the accommodation stress-free and completely independently, we explain in detail how to access the accommodation in our house guide. You can access it by clicking on the link in the confirmation email, once you have completed the short online pre-registration process.
Qu’est ce qui est inclus dans le prix de ma réservation ?
Everything! Your stay, cleaning costs, tourist tax.
We manage the supply of essential consumables (all eco-responsible and/or biodegradable), the beds are made on arrival and we provide you with hotel quality linen. The cleaning fee and the tourist tax are also included in the price.
Is it possible to arrive before 4pm ?
If your situation requires an early arrival in one of our accommodations, we advise you to let us know, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. We work closely with a housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are clean and ready for arrival, and if they are unable to accommodate your request, we will not be able to do so.
