Cosy apartment of 27 m2 15 minutes walk from the train station
You will stay in an apartment located in the heart of the New Town district of Metz, in a peaceful street near Sablon. The advantageous location will allow you to benefit from the proximity of the Montigny shopping district, accessible in just five minutes on foot. Additionally, the apartment is ideally located within walking distance of a supermarket (Auchan), making last minute shopping easy. You can also relax at the Botanical Garden of Metz, about ten minutes away on foot, or refresh yourself at the Buvette Botanique.
Metz Train Station is approximately a fifteen-minute walk away, providing convenient access to the city's historic center and its shops thanks to nearby bus and tram lines.
Parking is easy, with free parking spaces available just below the building. Please note that one of the windows in the building's door is currently under repair.
During your stay, the apartment will be entirely private, with a warm and colorful decoration creating a cocooning atmosphere. The large windows and the bay window ensure pleasant light. Avenue 23 offers a workspace equipped with a reliable internet connection, ideal for teleworking while enjoying city views. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.
Beds will be made up for your arrival with hotel quality linen provided by Rock in Share for your comfort. Physical entry into the premises can be done from 4 p.m., and departure must be made no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Arrival is done independently. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive the house guide by email which will provide you with all the information you need to easily access the apartment, including the key box code.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
