You will stay in the Nouvelle-Ville district of Metz, just a 3-minute walk from the train station and approximately 7 minutes from the city center. The apartment is ideally located close to the city's main attractions, such as the Muse shopping center gallery (voted the most beautiful shopping center in Europe in 2019), the Center Pompidou, the Metz arenas and the Robert congress center Schuman. Access to the apartment is facilitated by its disabled access, which also makes it convenient for luggage.

Its geographical location will allow you to easily move around Metz using public transport such as train, bus, mettis, bicycle, etc.

You will also have a secure parking space in the basement with beep access. Please note that this location is only suitable for 3-door cars, while 5-door vehicles can park in nearby secure car parks or on the street for free.

This apartment is not suitable for parties or receptions, as the residence is quiet and secure.

During your reservation, the apartment will be entirely private. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a television, as well as a smaller bedroom (not closed and without a door) with a convertible sofa/bed area and access to the terrace. There is also a convertible sofa in the living room, accommodating up to five people. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate. The living room is bright and fully furnished with quality materials, including a convertible sofa and a large television for your comfort. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates). A large dressing room and adapted equipment allow extended stays. The apartment also has a travel cot, ideal for families. Enjoy a neat and warm decoration that will make you feel at home. Due to its location on the ground floor, you can also relax on the small sunny terrace.

Beds are made upon arrival, and for your comfort, we provide hotel quality linen.

Physical entry into the premises is possible from 4 p.m., and departure must be no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Arrival is done independently. After booking confirmation, you will receive our house guide by email, which will provide you with all the information you need to easily access the apartment, including the key box code.
